How TarmacSync approaches trust

Security is part of evaluation

TarmacSync describes its current security and data-handling approach and can provide evaluation materials for airport procurement and IT review.

Service-provider scope matters

TarmacSync may use selected infrastructure, authentication, monitoring, email, storage, and AI service providers. Provider scope and data-handling details should be confirmed through the Data Processing Addendum.

The airport remains in control

TarmacSync is an airport procurement intelligence and planning workspace. It is not the airport's official procurement system, grant system, accounting platform, legal advisor, FAA approval authority, or records repository.

Responsible use

Airports should not upload classified information, Sensitive Security Information, Controlled Unclassified Information, payment-card information, government identification numbers, or other restricted material unless separately authorized in writing.

Accessibility and privacy

TarmacSync targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and is continuing accessibility validation across its public website and authenticated workspace. Read our Accessibility Statement.

Information about the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information is available in the Privacy Policy.

Security review
