Common questions
Which plan fits my airport?
Start with your airport profile: Field for general aviation and reliever airports, Regional for nonhub primary airports, and Metro for small hubs. Medium and large hubs or major capital programs are scoped individually.
FAA hub categories depend on a share of national enplanements, not fixed passenger ranges. See the
FAA airport category definitions.
How is TarmacSync priced?
Plans are annual agreements priced per airport, with no automatic renewal. Invoicing and payment timing are set out in the order form.
How does a product evaluation work?
A time-boxed evaluation around a real, non-sensitive airport project. Scope, users, success measures, data boundaries, and any fees are agreed in writing before access begins.
What budget typically pays for TarmacSync?
Operating funds are one option. Your airport decides the budget classification and payment path.
How can we pay?
By purchase order or check, arranged during contracting. Card payment is confirmed case by case. We provide a W-9 during vendor setup.
Is our data kept separate from other airports?
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your airport can export all projects, decisions, and evidence files at any time, during or after a subscription. An authorized workspace owner can request a full organization export.
